The New School of Sales and Negotiation contains new and proprietary sales and negotiation techniques based on sound behavior principles, the result of years of trial and error. These techniques provide the ability to sell and negotiate anything.

 

Traditional approaches to selling and negotiating have always been based on exploitative and manipulative behaviors. Over used closes, outdated one liners, and so called win-win strategies, have created an environment of mistrust and vulnerability for both sides of the negotiation.

 

Effective training requires repetition and reinforcement. Long term behavior cannot be changed without consistent coaching, counseling and support.

 

How it Works

With the help of your Coach, you will:

  • Define a vision for yourself

  • Set short and long term, personal and professional goals

  • Develop and implement specific plans to reach those goals

  • Set up a system to track behaviors and results

  • Learn to identify negative behaviors sabotaging performance.

You will:

  • Assess your perceptions, beliefs, judgments and and expectations about yourself, your market, your company and your competition in relation to interaction with clients and prospects.

  • Learn to maintain a healthy self-concept and keep your self-esteem and confidence intact as you perform your day-to-day role as a professional sales negotiator.

  • Learn new questioning strategies to uncover information without making the prospect uncomfortable, to quickly determine your prospect’s needs, budget and decision making process, qualifying quickly and making the best use of your time and resources.

  • Learn a ”painless” way to prospect for new customers without the stress normally associated with this task.

  • Learn how to maintain your maximum plausible price and a consistent pipeline of referrals.

Seminars, Workshops and Reinforcement

Sessions

Monthly sessions help you set goals, identify areas for improvement, develop and implement a plan of action and master techniques, strategies and approaches by interacting live with your coach and other successful professionals mastering the same skills you are. Minimum three hours per month.
